Care Coordinators
Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day
At Kalura, our Care Coordinators play a vital role in empowering participants to achieve their goals and live more independently. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and support networks to coordinate services, advocate for participant needs, and ensure every person receives compassionate, person-centred support.
If you’re passionate about making a positive impact, value collaboration, and are committed to delivering high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
Registered Nurses
Provide Care That Makes a Difference
At Kalura, our Registered Nurses play an important role in supporting participants to live healthy, safe, and fulfilling lives. You’ll work closely with participants, families, support teams, and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centred nursing care that respects each individual’s needs, choices, and goals.
From supporting health and wellbeing to providing clinical oversight, you’ll help ensure participants receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care. You’ll create tailored care plans, regularly review individual care plans, and provide guidance and support to Disability Support Workers, helping the team work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for every participant.
If you’re a compassionate and dedicated nurse who values person-centred care, collaboration, and professional excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
